What payment methods do you accept?
Pretty much every way there is. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We get sh*t done and we like to get your orders to you ASAP. So, once your order is placed, we may be able to change (shipping address only) or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing the order on business days. Yes, we are fast! Please, reach out to us at email@example.com with the order number and your request. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your order will be altered or canceled but we will always do whatever is humanly possible to help you.
Can I use a promo code on a sale item?
At this time we do not allow for individuals to use promo codes on sale items. If you have any questions about this please email firstname.lastname@example.org
What if the product I ordered is defective, incorrect or damaged?
What?!! If, for any reason, you or the recipient are not fully satisfied with your order, immediately shoot us an email at email@example.com and we will make it right!
What is your return policy?
You can return any item within 90 days from the original date of purchase by using the pre-paid label shipped with your order. If you have any questions doing this, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I make a return?
Sometimes (very rarely ;)) you need to return and that’s ok! We’ve made returns easy as 1,2,3… Step 1: Put the items back into the original packaging and fill out the packing list that was included in your shipment. Step 2: Put the pre-paid shipping label that was included in the original package on the mailer and snap a picture of it for future tracking. Step 3: Drop the package off at the nearest FedEx location and wait until we receive it and initiate your refund!
*If for some reason you don’t have the original materials email Hello@municipal.com and we’ll send you a new pre-paid label and return instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. To ensure you get the product you want in the quickest fashion, please place an order for the correct item and then initiate your return.
I don't like the underwear I purchased. What do I do?
Please reach out to email@example.com and we'll make sure you're refunded for your first pair. All other pairs can be returned if they are unworn and are in their original polybag within 60 days of purchase. Once underwear has been removed from a polybag, we consider it worn, and it will not qualify as a return. Still curious if your underwear qualifies for a return? Email us!
The underwear I purchased isn't the right size. What do I do?
We got you! As part of our Underwear "Try Me" Guarantee, your first pair of underwear is on us! Reach out we’ll help get you a replacement or full refund.
Please send us back any unworn, unopened pairs using the return slip and label provided. Do not send back any underwear that you tried on.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Sorry, we do not offer any gift wrapping at this time. We are horrible gift wrappers anyway, so trust us, we’re doing you a favor by not having this service.
I'm giving MUNICIPAL as a gift. Can you ship the order without a receipt in the package?
MUNICIPAL orders don’t come with a pricing itemized receipt. So your brother-in-law won’t know how much you paid for his new, hyped Municipal gear. You’ll just have to tell him.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Unless given by email or through one of our Customer Experience team members, we do not accept any coupons or discounts. We always try to deliver premium quality at an incredible everyday value. Only one promotion can be used per transaction. To see current sales and promotions, click here.
Do you offer discounts to military, first responders, government employees, or teachers?
MUNICIPAL supports those working and dedicating their lives to careers in service and leadership. All military, medical providers, nurses, first responders, fire, police, government employees, and teachers will receive a permanent 20% discount on our store through ID.me. If you have any issues signing up for ID.me, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I place an order over the phone?
What is this, 1985? Kidding! Unfortunately, we don’t currently take orders over the phone but if you would like, you can email us at email@example.com and we'd be happy to create an order for you and email you the invoice.
When will my order arrive?
Unless a future ship date is noted on the product page, your new Sport Utility Gear will ship within 1-3 business days and arrive within 3-10 business days. Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping options in checkout.
Some products have future shipping dates (ex: "Ships #.##). What does this mean?
This is the earliest date we will be able to ship you the goods for that product. Our goal is to offer products for sale as soon as we know they are coming, allowing our customers the ability to pre-order new items as soon as possible.
Where can I find my tracking information?
It says my package was delivered but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Sometimes packages will be marked as delivered before they are dropped off. Please wait 24 hours to see if your items are delivered. If they are not, please check with your neighbors, this is a common delivery practice. If your order cannot be found please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will do our best to help locate your package.
What sizes do you offer?
Our current sizing in tops ranges from S-XXL. MUNICIPAL bottoms sizing ranges from 30-40 and S-XXL.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. If you live in Canada, please be aware that the municipal-apparel company in Canada is not affiliated nor related to us in any way.
Why didn't I receive my complete order?
We’ve most likely split up your order free of charge into multiple shipments to get your gear to you as quickly as possible. We don’t want you to have to wait for all your product to be available. You will receive emails each time an item(s) ships until the entirety of your order has been fulfilled. If you have any questions, shoot us an email at email@example.com.
