Next Gen Brand Immersion is a week-long “internship” held at our Oceanside, Calif. HQ, aimed at equipping high school students with real world brand-building experience through mentorship, departmental rotations, and expert-led workshops. Students are tasked to create a product capsule from inception to launching it on MUNICIPAL.com, going through every stage of the process along the way.
