HOLIDAY SHIPMENTSWe appreciate your patience! Due to COVID-19, carriers are experiencing record volume this season and many small parcel delays are likely. If an order is not showing any status updates, we will be happy to research further to see what may have happened. These requests may take a few days for research. SHIPPING POLICYWe offer free shipping on orders of $80 or more. MUNICIPAL orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive within 3-10 business days if you selected ground shipping at checkout. We offer additional expedited shipping options at checkout if you’d like your order earlier. When your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information for the package.
RETURN POLICYFree 90-Day Returns!! We will accept items that are in their original packaging, unworn, and unwashed condition for return and a full refund up to 90 days from their original purchase date. Returns are free of charge and each shipment includes a prepaid label to return your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, send it back!
If you attempt to return an item that is older than 90 days, we may only be able to offer you store credit.
In certain conditions, we may refuse a return. If the items attempting to be returned do not pass inspection, we reserve the right to refuse returns. In this instance, our Customer Experience team will reach out to you directly to address the next steps.

UNDERWEAR RETURNS POLICYAfter you’ve tried out your first pair, we have a hunch you’ll want to stock up! (And save up to 30%!!) From there, we will accept returns for underwear in its unworn condition, inside its unopened polybag within 90 days of purchase.
We request you only open the plastic polybag on the underwear you’re choosing to keep. Once underwear has been removed from a polybag, we consider it worn, and it will not qualify as a return.

STEPS TO RETURN
- Fill out the returns code column on the packing list and include it with the item(s) you wish to return.
- Attach the prepaid shipping label to your return bag (you can reuse the bag we sent).
- Drop it off at the nearest FedEx location.
PLEASE NOTE! Once the return is received please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed and the refund to show on your bank account.
